Rangpur Metropolitan Police has introduced body wear camera 

Police personnel on duty at all traffic points and checkposts of Rangpur Metropolitan Police will have body or camera on their bodies. In order to capture the video image of the overall situation there. This measure has been taken to ensure proper investigation of various allegations and supervision of the work of the responsible police members and accountability.

Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RPMP) Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Alim Mahmud officially inaugurated the Body Own Camera program on Monday (September 14th) at noon.
For now, the camera has been introduced at several points or checkposts in the city. Gradually this system will be implemented in all RPMP checkposts.

In this regard, RPMP Commissioner Abdul Alim said, all the policemen in charge will have body or camera. This measure has been taken to ensure proper investigation and accountability of various allegations.

Meanwhile, the general public of Rangpur metropolis has welcomed such an initiative of RPMP.
