A seminar on Annual Performance Agreement under the Platforms for Dialogue (P4D) project under implementation by the Cabinet Division and conducted by the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center was held at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Rangpur on September 14 at 9.30 am. Md. Abdul Wahab Bhuiyan, Commissioner, Rangpur Division, Rangpur was present as the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Dr. was present as a special guest on the occasion . Shahnaz Arefin, Additional Secretary, Cabinet Division, Rangpur Range DIG Bidas Bhattacharya, Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Abdul Alim Mahmud, Rangpur Deputy Commissioner Md. Asib Ahsan. The program was presided over by Khandaker Azim Ahmed, MDS, BPATC. Arsen Stepanian, Team Leader of Platforms for Dialogue P4D, was also involved in the event via video conferencing. At the seminar, the guests highlighted the importance of annual performance agreements in ensuring good governance and the importance of compliance with annual performance agreements in government offices.
